Why is the info service relevant for recipients?

Obligation and liability relevance: RUs must keep track of changes in security-relevant regulations; a systematic information service reduces the risk of overlooking deadlines or new requirements.
Efficiency gain: Instead of searching through many sources themselves, the responsible persons receive a bundled overview that reduces research effort and sources of error

Who within a RU typically benefits?

Safety officer and safety management: Responsible for the implementation of regulatory changes.
Legal and compliance departments: Check the legal implications of new regulations.
Plant management and technical departments: Must adapt operational processes and technical specifications.
Quality management and training coordination: Adapt internal processes and training content to new requirements.

Delivery and addressing

Form of delivery: The info service is sent by e-mail for the available country packages; the message contains a link to the respective issue
Address limitation: When registering/ordering, the RU names the recipient addresses; delivery is made to these contacts specified by the company.
A maximum of six recipient addresses per license should be assigned strategically: e.g. addresses for safety management, operations management, QM/training, management or central stakeholders.
Distribution rules: You should also use internal distribution lists so that staff changes do not interrupt delivery.
Responsibility matrix: Determine who will review the reports, prioritize them and initiate measures; document deadlines and responsibilities.
