The regulations manager centrally bundles all relevant regulations and guidelines in digital form. Internal company regulations can also be added and managed. This ensures that all content is structured and available at all times.
Automatic updates
Changes to regulations are automatically integrated by the KSV Infodienst, which is included in the Regulation Manager (RWM). This keeps the database up to date and reduces manual maintenance to a minimum.
Assign rules to specific functions
The regulation manager enables regulations to be precisely assigned to the respective functions within the company. This means that employees only receive content that is relevant to their tasks, which simplifies the provision of information and makes the implementation of guidelines transparent and secure.
