Important note

  • It is generally possible to use a separate server for each licence holder (company). The necessary expenses and costs must be quoted individually. If more users are required (e.g. persons authorised to issue licences in an organisational unit), the following applies: €10 per month for each additional 5 users.
  • The categories are based on the size of the company, which has been applied for or is available in accordance with the existing or future safety certificate. The number of train drivers in full-time equivalents is used as a basis.
  • Prices do not include the one-time setup fee (A0) and the associated services.

A0 – Initial setup

  • Entry of company master data
  • Creation of administrators
  • If applicable: transfer of existing data from previous versions (Excel tool)
  • Online meeting for administrator instruction/user training (approx. 2 hours)
